Support Hours: 9am to 3pm (London Time), Monday to Friday.
Critical Issues: 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

Response Times:
- Critical (service outage, security issue): Within 2 hours during support hours
- High (performance issues): Within the same working day
- Normal (content updates): Within 48 hours
- Feature/Meeting Requests: Within 3 working days
