RTN Mental Health Solutions is a private UK provider offering ADHD, Autism, and Combined assessments, talking therapy, and medication services. Their existing WordPress/Webflow site looked the part, but functioned as little more than a brochure. Visitors had no way to book or pay online, enquiries were fragmented, and the site was generating far less revenue than the demand in their market warranted.
Webshape stepped in to rebuild what was under the bonnet. We designed and built a complete booking and payment infrastructure directly into the existing site, layered on a full conversion and lead capture system, and added the analytics and compliance tooling a healthcare provider at this level actually needs.


RTN operated in a market where NHS waiting times for ADHD and Autism assessments stretch to 10 to 15 years in some areas. Private demand was extraordinary, yet their website had no integrated booking or payment capability. Visitors interested in a £1,195 assessment had to leave the site to complete a transaction, or rely on manual follow up. At that level of demand, every drop off point was costing real revenue.
The technical picture was equally complex. The site was built on a Webflow exported WordPress theme, which introduced specific JavaScript conflicts that made custom functionality difficult to implement reliably. There was no CRM integration, no mechanism to test what was and was not converting, and no analytics beyond basic GA. For a healthcare provider handling multiple service types, multiple price points, and the compliance requirements of an NHS adjacent business, the foundations simply were not fit for purpose.
We built a full online booking and payment system covering 10+ service types, from ADHD and Autism assessments through to talking therapy, medication, and session packages. Stripe Checkout handles card and Klarna payments, Google Calendar manages slot availability with NHS compliant OAuth2 authentication, and a reservation system prevents double bookings during the payment window. Everything was built directly into the existing WordPress/Webflow site without a rebuild from scratch.
On top of that, we built the marketing infrastructure RTN had been missing. A free 15 minute consultation widget drives lead capture across the site. Cookie based A/B split testing lets RTN run conversion experiments without third party tools. HubSpot receives every contact, payment status, and booking automatically, with first touch attribution carried through from ad click to paid booking. A custom Umami analytics plugin tracks the full funnel across every service type, with revenue values attached to each booking event. Webflow JS conflicts throughout were resolved using specific technical patterns to ensure nothing interfered with the custom functionality.
RTN’s website now handles the entire journey from first visit to paid booking without manual intervention. Assessments ranging from £495 to £2,650 can be booked and paid for directly online, with Klarna available on higher value services. Google Calendar events and Meet links are created automatically on payment, and every completed booking flows straight into HubSpot without anyone lifting a finger.
The marketing infrastructure gives RTN a level of visibility they did not have before. Revenue can now be attributed to individual traffic sources, conversion experiments can be run without third party tools, and full funnel data from page view through to booking confirmation is available in a single analytics dashboard. HubSpot receives contact data, payment status, quiz results, and consultation bookings automatically across every service.
